Possui gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Letras-Ingl\u00eas pela Universidade  Federal do Esp\u00edrito Santo (2005). Tem experi\u00eancia na \u00e1rea de ensino de  l\u00edngua inglesa como l\u00edngua estrangeira e segunda l\u00edngua tanto no Brasil  como nos EUA. Foi professor-formador do N\u00facleo de L\u00ednguas da UFES por 9 anos, onde tamb\u00e9m lecionou como professor do quadro efetivo. Atualmente \u00e9 professor efetivo do Departamento de L\u00ednguas Estrangeiras da Universidade Federal de Goi\u00e1s (UFG), na \u00e1rea de l\u00edngua inglesa. Sua \u00e1rea de pesquisa \u00e9 a  internacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do ensino superior no Brasil, mais especificamente  na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do processo de internacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o no pa\u00eds.
