No texto de Maria Eduarda Almeida, voc\u00ea \u00e9 convidado a refletir sobre o papel da literatura angl\u00f3fona no ensino de ingl\u00eas no Brasil. A autora mostra como, muitas vezes, os textos liter\u00e1rios s\u00e3o deixados de lado nas aulas, mesmo tendo um enorme potencial para enriquecer a aprendizagem.<\/p>\n

Ao trazer hist\u00f3rias, poemas e diferentes vozes para a sala de aula, a literatura n\u00e3o s\u00f3 amplia o contato com a l\u00edngua em uso real, mas tamb\u00e9m estimula o pensamento cr\u00edtico, o debate e a conex\u00e3o com quest\u00f5es sociais e culturais. Mais do que aprender ingl\u00eas, os estudantes passam a interpretar, questionar e construir sentidos sobre a literatura cl\u00e1ssica.<\/p>\n

O ensaio foi escrito em ingl\u00eas como parte das atividades propostas pela profa. Marianna Merlo na disciplina \u2018Pr\u00e1xis curricular: Escrita Acad\u00eamica\u2019.<\/em><\/p>\n
