Uberaba, MG, Brasil<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: x-small\"><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: x-small\"><strong>RESUMO<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: x-small\"><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: x-small\"><strong>OBJETIVO:<\/strong>\u00a0Neste trabalho, analisa-se o efeito de dieta hiperlip\u00eddico-proteica com baixo teor de carboidrato sobre o peso corporal, peso de \u00f3rg\u00e3os, consumo de ra\u00e7\u00e3o, par\u00e2metros bioqu\u00edmicos e altera\u00e7\u00f5es histopatol\u00f3gicas no f\u00edgado de ratos.<br \/>\n<strong>M\u00c9TODOS:<\/strong>\u00a0Foram utilizados 24 animais &#8211; 12 no grupo-controle e 12 no grupo-experimental &#8211; com peso m\u00e9dio de 160 gramas no in\u00edcio do experimento. Semanalmente, foram verificados o peso corporal e o consumo de ra\u00e7\u00e3o, e ao final de oito semanas foram feitas as dosagens bioqu\u00edmicas sangu\u00edneas, pesagem de \u00f3rg\u00e3os e an\u00e1lise histopatol\u00f3gica dos f\u00edgados.<br \/>\n<strong>RESULTADOS:<\/strong>\u00a0Os animais do grupo-experimental tiveram maior ganho de peso corporal e acumularam mais tecido adiposo que os animais do grupo-controle. F\u00edgado, rins e ba\u00e7o n\u00e3o sofreram altera\u00e7\u00f5es quanto ao peso. Os animais que receberam dieta hiperlip\u00eddico-proteica tiveram um aumento na ingest\u00e3o energ\u00e9tica acumulada nas oito semanas do estudo. O grupo-experimental desenvolveu hiperglicemia e hipertrigliceridemia, aumento da fra\u00e7\u00e3o lipoprote\u00edna de alta densidade do colesterol e da creatinina s\u00e9rica quando comparado ao grupo-controle. Foi detectada esteatose hep\u00e1tica no grupo-experimental.<br \/>\n<strong>CONCLUS\u00c3O:<\/strong>\u00a0Os resultados demonstraram que dietas pobres em carboidratos e ricas em gordura e prote\u00ednas podem acarretar altera\u00e7\u00f5es metab\u00f3licas prejudiciais ao organismo.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: x-small\"><strong>Termos de indexa\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong>\u00a0Carboidratos.
