If you are using Ubuntu/Linux, you can install
libcurl4-gnutls-dev and problem solved!
In your shell:
sudo apt-get install libcurl4-openssl-dev
sudo apt-get install libssl-dev
sudo apt-get install libcurl4-gnutls-dev
sudo apt-get install libxml2-devProblems installing the devtools package (Ubuntu)
